Chinese Avatar

The movie Avatar was overwhelmingly popular in China that at one point local censors have to stop cinemas from showing the movie so that locally produced movies can attract movie-goers. IMAX cinemas which were showing the movie in 3D were packed for many weeks and inflated ticket prices by up to 200%!

The photos below show the Avatar craze by some students in Chongqing during the opening ceremony of their school sports.

Somehow these look quite real.
